  • otherwise violates any law.

3. Account Creation

In order to use the Sites and/or Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username, password, and/or other personal information.

You agree that any account information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
You must not impersonate someone else or provide an email address other than your own.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

5. Refusal of Services

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Sites and/or Services to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason. We may immediately remove you from the Sites and/or Services, without refund or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or any other Agreements governing your use.

6.Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

For consumers located in the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to distance contracts for a period of fourteen (14) days, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, such as online courses, recorded lessons, downloadable materials, and other digital products, the right of withdrawal may be lost once the performance of the contract has begun, provided that:

  • you have expressly requested that access to the digital content begin before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period;
  • you have expressly acknowledged that, once performance begins, you lose your right of withdrawal; and
  • we have provided you with confirmation of your express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email.

Where these requirements have been fulfilled, you will not have a right of withdrawal once access to the relevant digital content has begun.

If you do not provide the required consent and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal remains applicable in accordance with applicable law.

If you experience technical problems preventing you from accessing a purchased Service, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

 7. Customer Feedback and Testimonials

If you voluntarily submit feedback, reviews, testimonials, or other content about the Company or its Services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our Sites, in emails, and on our social media channels.

We may make reasonable edits to testimonials for length, grammar, or clarity, provided that we do not materially alter their meaning.

You represent that the content you submit is your own or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it to us and that its use by the Company will not infringe the rights of any third party.

If we wish to use your photograph, video, voice recording, or other identifiable personal information in promotional materials, we will obtain your separate consent where required by applicable law.

8. Image and Recording Release

If you participate in live sessions, group calls, workshops, or community activities included in the Services, the session may be recorded for internal purposes such as course administration, quality control, moderation, and making the session available to participants who could not attend live.

If you participate with your camera or microphone enabled, your image, voice, or contributions may be captured in the recording.

We will not use your identifiable image, voice, or recording for external marketing purposes without your separate consent where required by applicable law.

You may choose not to activate your camera or microphone during live sessions where the platform allows this.

You should therefore avoid sharing information that you consider confidential, highly sensitive, or that you do not wish other participants to see.

We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose, reproduce, or distribute personal information or private contributions shared within the community or group sessions without appropriate permission.

You agree to interact respectfully with the Company, instructors, staff, and other participants.

You must not use the Sites or Services to harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, impersonate, or otherwise harm another person.

You must not disrupt live sessions, communities, or other Services, or use them to promote unrelated commercial activities without our permission.

We may take reasonable measures, including restricting or terminating access, where a participant materially violates these Terms or seriously disrupts the experience of others.

Where termination is necessary because of your material breach of these Terms, we may terminate access without refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Live Events

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any travel, accommodation, transportation, equipment, or other personal costs associated with attending live events are your responsibility.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Our Services provide educational and creative training. We do not guarantee any specific artistic, professional, financial, business, or other result from your participation.

Your results may vary depending on your individual circumstances, skills, experience, effort, and other factors outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights, warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Lifetime Access

Where a Service is advertised as providing "lifetime access", this means access for the lifetime of the relevant Service while it remains available and operated by the Company.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to Services advertised as offering lifetime access. However, we reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue a Service where reasonably necessary, including for legal, technical, commercial, or operational reasons.

Each purchase or registration grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the relevant Services for your own personal and educational purposes.

You may not:

  • share, transfer, sell, or provide your account or login credentials to another person;
  • allow another person to access the Services through your account;
  • copy, reproduce, record, download, distribute, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available any course materials or other protected content, except where expressly permitted by us or by applicable law;
  • share course recordings, videos, lessons, worksheets, downloads, reference materials, or other protected content with third parties;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or their content;
  • use the Services or their content to create or provide a competing course, training program, or substantially similar commercial product without our prior written permission.

You remain responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe that your account has been accessed or used without your permission, you must notify us promptly at [email protected].

We may take reasonable measures to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized access or sharing, including reviewing account activity and access patterns where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If we reasonably believe that an account has been shared, transferred, or used in violation of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access to the relevant Services, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation may also constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in appropriate legal action or claims for damages where permitted by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Sites or Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

17. Third-Party Websites and Resources

The Sites and Services may contain links to websites, platforms, tools, or resources operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Affiliate Links

From time to time, we may include affiliate links to third-party products or services.

If you make a purchase through an affiliate link, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Where required by applicable law, we will disclose affiliate relationships appropriately.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses suffered by the Company as a result of your material breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Sites or Services.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of the country in which a consumer is resident.

For consumers residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits any rights they may have under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including applicable rules concerning jurisdiction and access to courts.

Where permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bergamo, Italy.

21. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning the Sites or Services, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

Where appropriate, the parties may agree to participate in mediation or another alternative dispute resolution procedure.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising any mandatory legal rights or seeking urgent or interim relief where permitted by law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular Service or purchase, constitute the agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Sites and Services, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

23. Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, this does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
