The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Natura Illustrata srl ("Company"), a limited liability company incorporated under Italian law, with registered office at Via Per Curnasco, 52 — 24127 Bergamo (BG), Italy, P.IVA: 04870540160
The term "Site(s)" refers to www.anastasiiamorozova.com, www.makeartwithconfidence.com, and any related subdomains (collectively, "Sites").
On these Sites, we provide information, products, and services related to watercolor painting, drawing, travel sketching, illustration, and creative and professional development for artists and creatives. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Travel Sketching Academy (TSA) — our flagship live and recorded online course for learning travel sketching techniques and building a consistent sketching practice
- 10-Minute Sketching Method — an entry-level self-paced digital course for beginners
- Make Art With Confidence (MAWC) — our signature program for developing a unique artistic style and building a professional creative practice, available in self-paced, cohort, and mentorship formats
- Sketchers Community — a subscription-based membership community offering ongoing support, resources, and connection for sketching enthusiasts
- Free resources, including guides, webinars, masterclasses, and lead magnet content
- Any other digital products, courses, or services offered through the Sites from time to time
(collectively referred to as "Services")
The terms "user," "customer," "you," and "your" refer to all visitors, registered users, free members, subscribers, and paying customers of the Sites and/or Services.
By accessing or using our Sites and/or Services — whether free or paid — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy (collectively, "Agreements"). If you do not agree with any part of these Agreements, you must not use our Sites or Services.
1. Use of the Sites and Services
To access or use the Sites and/or Services, you must be eighteen (18) years or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms of Service. Minors are prohibited from using the Sites and/or Services.
2. Lawful Purposes
You may use the Sites and/or Services for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you. You agree to use the Sites and/or Services and to purchase our Services for legitimate purposes only.
You shall not post or transmit through the Sites and/or Services any material which:

violates or infringes the rights of others,

is threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable,

contains injurious formulas, recipes, or instructions,

encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense,

otherwise violates any law.
3. Account Creation
In order to use the Sites and/or Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username, password, and/or other personal information.
You agree that any account information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
You must not impersonate someone else or provide an email address other than your own.
4. Consent
When you register with the Company (for example, by creating an account, registering to receive emails, or purchasing our Services), you expressly consent to receive notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, and communications electronically from the Company.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
5. Refusal of Services
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Sites and/or Services to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason. We may immediately remove you from the Sites and/or Services, without refund or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service or any other Agreements governing your use.
6. Cancellation Policy and Right Withdrawal
Our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and D.Lgs. 206/2005, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right is waived when the consumer expressly consents to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have requested immediate access to the digital content and that you acknowledge your right of withdrawal lapses upon access.

7. Customer Feedback and Testimonial
By submitting feedback, reviews, or testimonials about the Company or its Services, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to reproduce, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any format for marketing and promotional purposes, including on the Site, in emails, and on social media. You represent that your submission is your own original content and does not infringe any third-party rights. The Company may edit testimonials for length and clarity while preserving the original meaning.

8. Image and Recording Release
If you appear in live sessions, group calls, or community activities as part of the Services and you choose to participate with your camera or microphone active, you grant the Company permission to record and use such recordings for internal course quality purposes. Use of your image or recordings for external marketing purposes (e.g. promotional videos, social media) will only occur with your separate, explicit written consent.
9. No Confidentiality
Given the group format of the “Make Art with Confidence” course, especially in the mentorship program where active interaction between students is encouraged, any information shared with the Company or other participants is not considered confidential.
We maintain a respectful environment, but we advise against disclosing personal or sensitive information you wish to keep private.
10. Participant’s Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself professionally.
The Company reserves the right to remove you from the Services without refund if your behavior is disruptive.
11. Live Events
Any costs associated with attending live events are your sole responsibility.
12. No Guarantees of Results
The Company does not guarantee any specific results from using the Sites and/or Services.
13. Disclaimer
Your use of the Sites and Services is at your own risk.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
14. Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Service itself.
If the Company decides to retire any product or discontinue the Service for any reason, your access will terminate without refund or liability.
15. Intellectual Property
The Sites and/or Services, including all digital products, static and moving images, educational content, designs, graphics, videos, and any related intellectual property, are the exclusive property of the Company.
They are protected under Italian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws, including:

Unauthorized use may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
15a. Prohibited Reproduction and Account Sharing
Each purchase grants a single, non-transferable, personal license to access the Services. You may not share your login credentials, allow third parties to access your account, or distribute, copy, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce any course content in whole or in part. Violation of this clause constitutes copyright infringement under Law No. 633/1941 and may result in immediate account termination without refund, as well as legal action for damages. The Company reserves the right to monitor access patterns to detect unauthorized sharing.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including:

pain and suffering

arising out of your use of the Sites and/or Services.
17. Third-Party Websites and Resources
The Sites and Services may contain links to third-party websites.
The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third-party websites.
18. Affiliate Links
The Company may include affiliate links from time to time.
We may earn a commission if you purchase an item using an affiliate link.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any breach by you of these Terms of Service.
20. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws or Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
21. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms, the Sites, or the Services shall first be addressed through mediation, which may be conducted remotely.
If mediation fails, the matter will be escalated to litigation under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking emergency or interim relief if needed.

22. Entire Agreement
These Agreements constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Sites and/or Services.
23. Waiver
A waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision.
24. Severability
If any term is held to be invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
25. Privacy Policy
We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR.
26. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Sites or Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For non-material changes (e.g. corrections, clarifications), updates are effective upon posting.
