Terms of Service for "Make Art with Confidence" Course

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Natura Illustrata srl (the “Company”). The term “Site” refers to www.anastasiiamorozova.com  and any related subdomains (“Site”). These Terms of Service apply to the “Make Art with Confidence” course, including both the self‑learning version and the mentorship version.

By using our Site and/or purchasing the “Make Art with Confidence” course, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our Site or purchase our course.

1. Course Versions

• Self‑Learning Version: This version is for individual use without any feedback. By purchasing this version, you agree that you will not receive any personalized feedback, guidance, or mentorship.

• Mentorship Version: This version includes guidance and feedback from Anastasiia Morozova and other team members, as well as access to the community for a limited time (typically 3 months).

2. Eligibility

To access or use the Site and the “Make Art with Confidence” course, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service. Minors may access the content only with the authorization and supervision of their parents or legal representatives.

3. Lawful Purposes

You agree to use the Site and the course only for lawful purposes. You must not post or transmit any material that violates the rights of others or is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Account Creation

You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, and password to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and not to impersonate anyone else.

5. Consent to Communications

By registering with the Company, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including notices, updates, and other information relevant to the course or Site.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. For those choosing installment payment options, the first installment is collected at the time of purchase, with subsequent payments collected monthly until the full course fee is paid. Failure to make timely payments may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Refund Policy:

• Self‑Learning Version: Refunds are available within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that no course content has been accessed or viewed. Once any part of the course has been accessed, no refund will be issued.

• Mentorship Version: Refunds are also available within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, on the condition that no course content or mentorship services (including live sessions, feedback, or other mentorship support) have been accessed. If any part of the mentorship or course content is accessed, all payments are non‑refundable.

No Refunds After 14 Days:
After 14 days from the date of purchase, no refund requests will be accepted for either version, even if course content has not been accessed. This policy is final and binding upon enrollment.

By purchasing this course, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these refund policies.

7. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” refers to access to your specific version of the course for as long as the course is available. If the Company ceases to operate or chooses to retire the course for any reason, your access will be terminated. Participation in future editions, updates, or additional activities not included in your version of the course is not guaranteed. If the Company ceases to exist, your access will end without a refund.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be stored securely and in compliance with applicable laws and privacy regulations. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. You agree that we may process and store your data for the purposes of delivering the course, communications, and customer service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Use of Customer Feedback & Content

You agree that the Company may use any feedback you provide for marketing, promotional, or improvement purposes.

10. Use of Media from Course Participation

If you participate in live sessions or any course-related activities, you consent that the Company may use any images, audio recordings, or video recordings of you for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. You waive any right to additional payment or royalties for such use.

11. No Confidentiality

Information shared with the Company or other participants in the mentorship version is not confidential. Do not assume any shared content is private or protected.

12. Participant Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally. The Company reserves the right to remove you from the course without a refund if your behavior is disruptive or violates any of these terms.

13. No Guarantee of Results

The Company makes no promise or guarantee about your results. Success depends on your commitment, practice, and individual effort.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site and the course is at your own risk. The course is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Intellectual Property

All course content — including, but not limited to, video lessons, audio, images, text, prompts, and design resources — is intellectual property owned by the Company. You may not modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly perform any of the course materials without our prior written consent.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the course — including, without limitation, loss of revenue, data, profits, or emotional distress.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the country and state/jurisdiction where the Company is legally established. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
